Vita Student Pedralbes in Barcelona is Vita’s first residence to open in Europe, taking ‘the world’s best student accommodation’ Vita Student to Spain.

Opened in 2022, the 274 purpose built student accommodation (PBSA) is located in the vibrant Pedralbes neighbourhood, with a short stroll from some of the world's most renowned business schools like IESE, ESADE, The University of Barcelona and BarcelonaTech.

Some of the amenities offered by Vita Pedralbes include a rooftop terrace, a swimming pool, a gym, a study room, a cinema room, and a laundry room.

Project ff&e has worked with Vita on a number of PBSA developments and was contracted to provide furniture, fixtures, and equipment for five different room types across 274 room student accommodations.

Project ff&e provided all the loose and fitted furniture across all room types including, beds, desk, chair, storage facility, fitted dining table stools.

Each room was supplied with a kitchen or kitchenette offering each student, the perfect environment to study and relax.

Our team was stationed in Barcelona to ensure the project was delivered on time through meticulous project management and good communication with our international contractors and supply chain partners.
