Project ff&e provides procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for projects of all shapes and sizes.

We have an extensive vetted network of UK and global manufacturers and suppliers who have great experience in all forms of residential, student accommodation and hospitality sector, and understand the challenges of manufacturing and supplying furniture, fixtures and equipment at scale.

Working in partnership with our supply chain and in-house contract managers, we have the scale to provide procurement and fit out solutions for single or multi-block student accommodation, BTR or hotel developments.

Bespoke design-led furniture

With an extensive supply chain and in-house product design team, we have the flexibility to deliver the most stunning, sustainable (material choices, life span, repairable and recyclable), ergonomic and cost effective solutions for your furniture requirements.

Our in-house product design team work in partnership with our furniture partners so we can produce bespoke one-off products without being restricted to minimum order volumes.

This means you can be completely confident that the furniture we provide really is bespoke to your development.

Our approved supply chain has been created over time after a vigorous pre-qualification, checking and inspection process, which allows us to work with the best suppliers and manufactures.
