Moda, New York Square, opened in Spring 2022, situated in SOYO, the new cultural district in the heart of Leeds city centre. New York Square is the third scheme in the Moda portfolio and features 515 one, two and three-bedroom apartments in Leeds city centre.

Residents have access to a whole host of on-site amenities and services including shared lounges, roof terraces with panoramic views, a flexible workspace, as well as private dining, cinema and games room.

Project ff&e’s furniture design team created the beautiful high quality bespoke loose and fitted furniture in all 515 apartments and communal areas to match the up market and modern look of New York Square.

We installed a sleek and modern design kitchen which featured pristine quartz worktops with integrated Samsung appliances including a touch control ceramic induction hob and all the latest appliances.
