Angel Gardens - Build to Rent furnishing

Development

Located in the heart of central Manchester, Angel Gardens is a 520,000 sq ft ground-breaking build to rent development. Comprising of 466 apartments, the 35-storey complex boasts stunning interiors and state of-the-art amenities including a BBQ terrace, rooftop sports pitch, gym and communal residents’ lounge all tailored towards the private rented sector.

What we delivered

Working alongside renowned interior designer Naomi Cleaver, our experienced design team created the stunning furniture collection. The bespoke designed loose and fitted furniture was utilised superbly throughout this project to perfectly match the high-quality living environment.

Luxurious design and furniture for a deluxe building

The living rooms featured luxurious velvet sofas and subtle sledge-based soft tan leather cuddle lounge chairs. This was matched with a specially designed structurally sculptured bronze mirror coffee table from the Mediterranean to ensure each piece of furniture perfectly complemented the overall theme and interior throughout.

This decadent ambience is further continued into the dining area with marble effect dining tables combined with luxury dining chairs.

Throughout the design process, we worked with the client to install sample wardrobes and tested various handle designs. The chosen wardrobe featured a recessed ceramic wood finish that blends seamlessly into the soft room shade, allowing the opulent velvet headboard and ottoman bed to be the focal point of the room.

The sculptured texture from the lounge is carried through into the bedrooms with secret handle bedside drawers. Each feature was carefully considered from our design team from conception to completion, creating a high-end, premium finish throughout.
